Serving Vermont, New England, Montreal, and New York State

Why we do what we do:

You should be able to enjoy a luxury service that won’t break your wallet!

If you live in Vermont, or are traveling to Vermont, getting around without a car is hard. Uber is spotty, cabs are few and far between, and the private car that may be willing to pick you up, will likely charge you a hefty fee for the service.

We’re here to fill the gap. We care about you more than your money.

The story of how VT First Class Ride was born:

For over four years as an Uber driver, I’ve enjoyed listening to people’s stories while showcasing the best of what Vermont has to offer. Growing popularity of tasty craft brews, daring ski slopes, and waterfront events like Oktoberfest put Vermont on the map, but also created a shortage of transportation options. In a small state, public transportation isn’t readily available which big brands capitalized on.

At one of the waterfront events, I was enjoying the night with my friends and we decided to grab food. The ride, totaling less than a mile in distance, cost as much as the food for two. Just because it was during a popular event and peak time.

I admit being pretty ticked off about this but from every struggle, an idea is born.

Enter: VT First Class Ride. Where the person matters more than their wallet, and our service goes beyond the supply and demand laws. Thank you for trusting my small business to go above and beyond for you!

Adolphe

Adolphe, the founder of VT First Class Ride

I’ve lived in Vermont for over 20 years and love being a part of a vibrant community like Burligton.

Helping people is my passion and I hope to set an example for my daughter and show her that doing what you love brings the biggest joy.

I am over-the-moon excited to contribute to Vermont communities as a business owner and help people get to where they need to go!

Fun facts about me:

Sports aficionado! Like, sport-is-my-middle-name type of dedication. From soccer (coaching high school varsity soccer, indoor and outdoor track, and helping these teams get 14 state championships), to football (semi-pro for Vermont team and a 2014 USA bowl national team), sports kept me busy and outside for over 12 years.

Born in Congo (Democratic Republic of Congo) which is the 11th largest country in the world!

Favorite place in the world: Los Angeles! HUGE basketball fan (what a surprise!), and the Lakers are my team, so I took my daughter to see a game on her 5th birthday. My favorite trip thus far!

Favorite color: blue

Favorite food: anything homemade by my wonderful mom

If I could have one superpower, it would be to end world hunger. This is something close to my heart and it pains me to see kids go to bed hungry. I’m grateful to live in a state that has awesome programs to fight this issue.
